By signing up for or using StarScore, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
StarScore is an AI-powered reputation management platform for local service businesses. The service monitors Google and Facebook reviews, generates AI-drafted responses, sends alerts, produces reputation reports, and provides tools to request new reviews from customers.
StarScore is a product of Poly SaaS LLC. References to "StarScore," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Poly SaaS LLC.
StarScore is offered as a monthly subscription. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@starscorepro.com and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, all charges are final. Refunds are not available for renewal charges.

StarScore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that review data from third-party platforms will be complete or accurate. Review availability depends on Google and Facebook APIs, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poly SaaS LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of StarScore — including claims for intellectual property infringement, breach of confidentiality, or data privacy breach — shall not exceed the total amount you paid to StarScore in the three (3) months preceding the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability is zero.
StarScore uses AI to draft review responses and generate reputation insights. These outputs are generated automatically by large language models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it. StarScore is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated responses without review.
StarScore integrates with Google, Facebook, Twilio, Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, OpenAI, and Resend. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, pricing changes, or feature removals by any third-party provider.
The StarScore name, logo, RepScore methodology, and platform are the property of Poly SaaS LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your use of StarScore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Poly SaaS LLC processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are a California resident, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Please review our Privacy Policy for your full rights under these regulations.
