We stand behind StarScore. If you sign up and aren't satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, email us at support@starscorepro.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, all charges are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Renewal Charges

Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to cancel before your next renewal, do so through your account settings or by emailing us before the renewal date.

Exceptions

If you experience a billing error (e.g., a duplicate charge), contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@starscorepro.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address on your account. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
